In order to help you with replacing any defective products, please be sure to provide us with the following in the first email or contact us:

1. Proof of Purchase (receipt)

2. Images of the Product

3. Detail Description of the Issue

Warranty does not cover misuse and physical/external damage (accidental, water, etc.) 

You may be asked to pay $15 to cover freight and/or ship back the defective product.
